Twenty-five years that have passed since my first hypnotherapy training and I continue to be fascinated by the how the science of hypnosis can be applied to so many aspects of our daily lives: Whether you want to improve your athletic performance, acquire positive, life-affirming habits, de-stress, overcome debilitating fears, low self-esteem and the effects of a difficult childhood, or explore deeper dimensions of Self,  hypnosis is the ultimate modality for communicating directly to the subconscious mind-- the only truly effective way to generate lasting change.

My career has centered around creating original therapeutic tools, systems and experiences that are designed to help individuals tap into the mind’s vast potential  -- Hypno-Potential™,  Quantum Selves Therapy™, Jungian Archetypal Exploration™ are a few of the courses that I have been privileged to teach world-wide.

My newest system, Fairy Therapy™-- launching in the summer of 2009, is what I hope will be a much-needed holistic antidote to an increasingly scary, fast-paced and intense world.  This multi-disciplinary therapy combines a fascinating study of mind-provoking subjects from quantum mechanics, to natal astrology to Jungian psychology, aromatherapy, fairy lore and metaphysics. It is based on a philosophy of love, compassion, cooperation and reverence for all living things.  Fairy Therapy™ has been approved by the International Hypnosis Federation (IHF), a prestigious organization founded by one of my personal role models, Shelley Stockwell.
